This masterclass is for people who have already learned the basics of Zoom and want to deepen their knowledge of online facilitation, technical set-up and account management. This course will help you to create a good container for learning, minimise interruptions and run the platform fluently. It will also address best practice guidelines and the most common mistakes when starting to teach on Zoom.

About the trainer
Daniela Welzel has a university diploma in administration and police leadership science. She worked for the German Police Forces for over ten years, with educations in self-defence and amok training. She served in her function in a bilateral trainings mission in Afghanistan, teaching Afghan police officers in methods and didactics, psychology and code of conduct.
She holds a black belt in Aikido, is a certified MBCT trainer and about to finish her bachelors degree in psychology in 2020. Daniela organised the Embodiment Conference in 2018 and was involved a number of online conferences, summits and online courses in the organisational team.
Currently she is the conference manager for TEC2020 and course manager of the Embodied Facilitator Course. She regularly teaches workshops and courses on embodied self-defense, mindfulness and offers individual coaching.
