Introduction to Integral Bodywork for facilitators and yoga teachers – one day workshop with Silas Hörler

In this day-long workshop, you’ll get an overview and practical insight into the entire Spectrum of Integral Bodywork.

Laid out in the book “Integral Bodywork”, this comprehensive system allows you to embed any existing Embodiment practice in to to a complete and encompassing personal practice, while also telling you what is missing for that. Being a part of an Integral Life Practice it is closely related and actively supports in Integral Shadow Work (meaning you’re going to be confronted with your subconscious), Spiritual Practices and cognitive growth. In a series of four blocks we examine four important parts of the spectrum while learning practical exercises for each of them.

About the trainer – Silas Hörler

Silas is Co-Developer of Integral Bodywork and author of a practice book and YouTube channels carrying the same name. He has been teaching Integral Bodywork to practitioners and novices for about 7 years and is now developing a program for the education of Integral Bodywork coaches. He is also Leader of the Organization Integrales Leben in Basel, Switzerland as well as founding member of the for-profit IntegralWorks AG.
