Let’s keep it simple. Top tips for coming home to the body in 2018:

  • Spend ten minutes each morning sitting still noticing your breath
  • Do any kind of yoga a couple of times a week
  • Eat when you’re hungry and rest when you’re tired (I know this one might sound simple but it’s profound)
  • Spend an hour a day outside in nature
  • Have your meetings and phone calls walking
  • If someone you like invites you for vertical or horizontal dancing, dance
  • Take Facebook and your email off your phone, and check e-mail once a day elsewhere
  • Play with kids
  • If you have addiction or trauma issues prioritise addressing them
  • Be kind
