Working With The Body (Online)

Recordings will be available if you can’t make some or all of this time.

Working online has made my own work scaleable, accessible and has opened embodiment up to a large new audience. Over the last few years I’ve been gaining more and more experience of working in this way and I’d like to share what I’ve learnt. I used to think this was not even possible, but after many webinars and especially The Embodiment Conference, I’ve come to realise that virtual embodiment “dojos” are very possible indeed, and even has some advantages over face-to-face trainings.
This webinar will be interactive, fun, and I’ll share the best tips and tricks from my own experience, and that of the many teachers that I’ve worked with online. The workshop includes:
– how to get full engagement
– confidence hacks
– how to teach meditation and centring
– how to bond groups in different locations
– practical tech tips (e.g. Zoom hacks)
– what is different from teaching in person (some of these aren’t obvious)
– the biggest online face-palm teacher no-no’s!
– example techniques like centring
– safety
Open to all facilitators, coaches and movement teachers
