Facilitator and coach

Daniel Ludevig is a facilitator and coach with a passion for impactful transformation in business. Born in New York and currently living in Berlin, Daniel Ludevig founded MOVE Leadership in 2010. Before starting his consultancy he studied psychology and economics in Boston and worked for several organizations. Along the way he gained inspiration from a variety of sources: his work with post-genocide communities in Cambodia taught him the power of the arts in facilitating difficult conversations; when running a hotel in Morocco he experimented with multi-disciplinary methods for developing presence and connection; as a professional ballroom & swing dancer he cultivated an understanding of leader- and followership; and his work as a facilitator with MIT’s Presencing Institute, Theory U, Social Presencing Theater and a handful of mentors demonstrated the value of systemic thinking, mindfulness, masterful facilitation and innovation.

Working in both English and German, Daniel’s work pushes the thinking boundaries of his clients and has them connecting in ways unlike any they’ve experienced before. Their mindsets and behaviors shift with notable increases in integrity, coherence and resilience. Through their discoveries, leaders and organizations working with Daniel experience better decision making as well as greater well-being, creativity, presence and impact.
